At Timepiece USA, we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free return experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. However, please note that certain items are excluded from this policy.

Packing and Shipping Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend that you use UPS or FedEx to send back the merchandise with a valid tracking number attached. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. Make sure to include all original accessories such as box, warranty cards, user manual, gifts with purchase (if applicable), and any extra links due to bracelet sizing.

Return Reason Code

To expedite your return, please choose the appropriate reason code for your return on the packing slip. This will help our customer service team process your return efficiently.

What You Need to Return

When returning an item, you must include all original packaging and accessories as mentioned above. Any items that are returned in a worn, damaged, or scratched condition will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Please note that personalized, engraved, or embossed products cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings are also final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Additionally, any order that fails our quality inspection from Customer Service will be rejected without providing a reason.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your MyOMEGA account and print out your return label. Fill out the survey on the back of the packing slip explaining why you're returning the item and attach it to the merchandise before sending it back. We reserve the right to reject personalized items without providing a reason.

Quality Inspection

All returns are subject to quality inspection from our Customer Service team. If the item does not meet our quality standards, we will return it to you and no refund will be issued.
